Why Doesn’t My Image Always Match the Selected Size?Updated a month ago

When you upload an image and select a size, our design team adjusts it based on your instructions. However, your final design may not always fully match the template’s dimensions.

Why Does This Happen?

    •    The size you select refers to the template’s fixed dimensions.

    •    Your image has its own aspect ratio, which may be wider or taller than the template.

    •    To avoid cropping out key parts of your design, we preserve the area of interest from your instructions and adjust the image proportionally.

    •    This means that in some cases, one dimension may be slightly smaller than the template size, leaving some space around the image.

Reviewing Your Design

By default, we provide a digital proof for you to review before production. If the adjustments don’t meet your expectations, you can reject the proof and provide feedback, and our team will work on revisions.

If you have specific preferences on how your image should be adjusted, we recommend mentioning them in your instructions when uploading your file.
