Given that Fathead is a print-on-demand company, we are not able to process order cancellations following the purchase of a Fathead product.

You can feel free to return any unwanted non-custom products via returns.fathead.com and receive a Gift Card for the order's value, minus the shipping and return fee.

Because our custom products are made to order and customized for each customer, once the proof is approved, the order is considered final. Generally, refunds or returns are not available. No exchanges will be processed for customer errors such as low resolution, failure to respond in a timely manner to a proof request, or buyer’s remorse
