Minimum requirements for custom imagesUpdated a year ago

We do have a couple of minimum requirements for the type of files you can upload when placing an order for a Custom Creation. This is to ensure the great quality of the final product.

File type: JPG/JPEG/PNG.

Minimum resolution: 1800 x 1800 px.

Maximum resolution: 10.000 x 10.000 px.

DPI: between 180 - 300.

Maximum size: 50 MB.

If the minimum requirements are not met, you can enhance your image by simply creating a free account on letsenhance.io or using Photoshop.

Please be informed that increasing the resolution will not boost the quality of the image, the process only multiplies existing pixels and as a result, the quality will be similar but will allow printing on large sizes without seeing much pixelation. Also as part of the default process for all images our designers increase the resolution on all images we receive so we strongly recommend using an image with better properties without any enhancement for a great quality print.

No exchanges will be processed for customer errors such as low resolution, failure to respond in a timely manner to a proof request, or buyer’s remorse.
